DIY Lentil Sprouts!

Ok so I came across a picture of Pinterest of some beautiful lentil sprouts. They looked so delicious. Just yum! Around here the stores (maybe Whole Foods) carries them only alfafa and some other sprouts. As I looked more at the post I noticed there was a link! Well I love clicking links so off I went. Where did I land?

A diy lentil sprout post. You have got to check it out and give it a try. Took a little over a week for me. I keep lentils in my cupboard so I will be making sure I have these sprouts year round. I had them on a sandwich, salad and some chicken soup. So fantastic! Plus they are pretty to look at. I might start keeping a mix of sprouts.
