So I've been looking into manifesting
and how the energy you give out into the world is the energy you get
back and came across an article about a no complaining challenge. I
thought, okay here we go. Another gimmicky challenge people will just
fall head over heels in love with because all this good juju will
happen if you just think happy thoughts. I forced myself to put the
skeptical chick in the closet for now and give it a read. Oh boy did
I read. Several days and many Google searching leading me to more
reading I am here. Head over heels in love. There has always been a
part of me that believed energy is all around us. Not just what
powers our smart devices , but energy. The earth's energy, the energy
from the trees as the move too and fro from the energy produced by
the wind. I've always believed there also something else floating
around with mother nature's energy. Ours. Those that are living and
those that have pasted on. I don't believe it goes away. It is still
out there somehow affecting someone down the line. Be it a bad choice
your grandparents made decades ago that caused your mother to hold
resentment towards certain folks, that in turn caused you to view
those people in a negative light. That bad juju just keeps going.
Negativity is powerful folks. But do you know what is more powerful.
The good stuff. The good energy. Love. Joy. Understanding. Laughter.
Smiles. The list goes on and on. The good stuff gives up hope. It can
help us learn to accept ourselves and love our selves. It can teach
our children to love one another and see each other as one collective
energy is this massive universe.
Which is why I've decided to contribute
to this good energy. Not only for me with the hopes of some of the
good stuff coming back my way, but for the world. I want everyone to
enjoy the good stuff. I want you to join me. However, instead of
focusing on not complaining, I want to stop the negative thought that
becomes a complaint first. Take some time to really stop the
negativity before it even reaches your lips. So many talk about not
saying anything negative. I think it needs to be bigger than that. I
feel that you need to nip it in the bud. As soon as something
negative of any nature comes to mind, you change it immediately.
Don't even give it legs. You turn it right away and repeat that
process as many times as needed. Don't feel bad if you miss a step.
You just start right over with the next one. I can't tell you how
well it will work. I am just starting this myself.
