Need:
Cheap Napkins (2 per ghost)
String (I use a giant ball of the thin string found by the yarn)
Spray Glue
Glitter (color of your choice, I used white just for a little color)

XD they also look really cute hanging in plants...unfortunately once they dried I couldn't leave them out there on the balcony :(
